Pros

Pay is decent. The wonderful people have always been the biggest pro, but they are leaving in droves.

Cons

Lack of work flexibility; no defined strategy that has been communicated since new CEO started - leading to just keeping the lights on - work doesn't feel purposeful; Agile implemented in groups where it isn't helpful; with mass exodus of talent, teams are overburdened and overworked and reporting to managers who have no business overseeing certain aspects of the bank simply because the bank needs to fill holes in leadership. Culture is gone and morale is dismaly low.

Pros

Great people work here. This company has experienced a lot of change but the key has always been teamwork and collaboration. We’ve worked hard and have been diligent based on the direction from leadership.

Cons

The new leadership team has not taken the time to perform a grassroots approach. Listening is key, understanding is key. No CEO should answer every question in a meeting. There’s a to. If work that this team performed quite before you landed on Plymouth Rock!
