Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

-Leadership is lost. No transparency. -Upper management that has been there for 10-20 years are leaving. -Tons of jobs are open and they can’t fill them because they won’t pay people what they are worth and refuse to let people work from home more than two days a week unless they are upper management and their jobs are deemed more important. Let’s get with the times. -We desperately need living wage raises. -Workers are lost and scared, not sure what’s going on and why everyone is leaving. -The CEO is a living in a fantasy world. Talks in circles at meetings. -Insurance sucks and there’s only one “option”. -Workers not valued.

Pros

The bank pays well. That's about it.

Cons

CEO Rob Holmes has single handedly destroyed the culture of the entire bank. He fired or pushed out all the great leaders within the bank and brought in all his "yes men" cronies. Senior level managers are the most incompetent I have ever seen in my life. They bypass all processes and procedures and willingly throw millions of dollars down the drain to replace technologies with inferior ones. The arrogance of top executives is astonishing. They have this, "I am awesome because I said so" attitude. They are too busy patting themselves on the back to notice the massive turnover. Unfortunately, this review won't affect the millions of dollars the new CEO will put in his pocket this year. It is truly sad that the board of directors cares only about lining their pockets than the great company that used to be Texas Capital Bank.
