Strong, sustainable balance sheet, structured in a way that can withstand market volatility. Very competitive pay. Surprisingly incredible HR department. Good 401k matching. Decent benefits - not great.

Cons

Inconsistent processes. A significant lack of communication across internal partners and LOBs. A lack of standardizations. Service pricing, rates, and types that change so frequently that clients can’t keep up. And more.
