Pros

Great company with nice employees! Fun culture! Management is pretty sincere.

Cons

Overall it appears that this company hires favorites or friends. Does not seem to focus on candidates that have qualifications or earned the position by hard work.

Pros

Great culture, the people at the bank treat you like family and go the extra length to help when in need.

Cons

Management hasn't prepared for the amount of growth that the company has experienced making it more difficult to adapt and maintain the culture at such a rapid rate of growth.
