Pros

You get to work with patients with a lot of Co-morbities. It's also a Magnet hospital.

Cons

"Mean girl" nurse cliques will SALT co-workers for the same mistakes they themselves routinely make. Thereby using this learning tool to harass others and create unnecessary turnover.

Pros

- Great benefits - Awesome coworkers

Cons

- Dedication to happy nurses has fallen to merely lip service - Focus on reaching the "summit" and giving "good value" has turned into code for under staffing in all departments and poor supply maintenance - Nurses are working dangerously short - Upper management, particularly CNO, disappeared from sight on the floors after Ebola - Sucked the joy out of nursing

Pros

Good Pay Plenty to do Good People Private gym

Cons

Senior Management is very unorganized with no insight to day-to-day activities. Waiting until the last minute to finish any project, often costing the company money. Hiring unqualified contractors for management positions without telling current employees of the job opening. Very difficult to move up, very unprofessional.
