Pros

Experience will vary greatly from team to team. However as a company, it seems to care more for work life balance than most. Pay is decent but not incredible.

Cons

Pay is not extremely competitive with other large semiconductors. Without profit sharing bonus, not competitive at all. Vacation time is about average for large companies
