Pros

Interesting work, good pay. Good opportunity for advancement. Reasonable work life balance.

Cons

Different groups act very independently. Some groups are not managed well. Engineers that are struggling in one group should consider switching rather than going to another company. The size of the company sometimes creates bureaucracy that can make it hard to achieve some goals.

Pros

I got extensive experience working with customers and learning about microcontrollers

Cons

I did not feel like I was advancing my experience to a degree where I could transfer my skills to another job. Although the pay was good, I didn't feel like I was actually accomplishing much

Great company to start your career. Good profit sharing bonus.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t provide the resources needed to be successful. Tiny base income. No work life balance depending on the product line you work in.
