Pros

Technically challenging. Good yearly bonus. Good pay.

Cons

Poor pay raise system. Only 2% pay raise per year. Pay raise not tied to performance. Everybody gets about the same raise. TI doesn't like spending money on employees. For anything. High increase in work load but no hiring to reflect higher work load. Poor health benefits, unless you like high deductible plans.

Pros

Good money and benefits, I really enjoyed the teamwork atmosphere. This is a great company to work for. Room for advancement.

Cons

Not many, the hours are long but that is what is expected of a 12 hour shift. You get plenty of time off but don't be surprised to be called in for overtime. If you need the money, grab all the OT they have to offer.
