-Multiple projects to lead -People are very open to help/willing to teach -Opportunities to learn new systems/methods -Good starting salary

Cons

-College graduates need to learn new things FAST (for more projects) -New shift schedule is pretty bad/taxing for the body (11-11AM/PM for 4 days work/3 days rest) -Work/life balance is below average
