Pros

The company embraces innovation and gives a lot of interesting projects. The work is good. The people are as good as your team is (like any company).

Cons

As far as work-life balance and compensation, TI will cut you off at the knees and expect you to be grateful for it. Many of my coworkers feel dissolutioned. We work for the paycheck rather than work for the work. You can tell because from the 2023 to 2026 time frame, the number quality events have significantly increased. People don't care anymore because senior management doesn't care about people 🤷
