Pros

TI is a nice place to work at. It has high standard with regards to Ethics. TI has training programs which help their newly hired personnel to adapt to their culture quickly and to speed-up their growth as a professional. Annual Increase based on performance.

Cons

Busy Schedule. Shifting schedule for professionals (regardless of years in service). Slow promotion. Low Salary compared to other companies. Work during Holidays.

Profit Sharing, Paid time off, Paid holidays, good working atmosphere.

Cons

Compensation isn't always fair, many of the other techs that do the same exact job make significantly more than I do. Missed family Holidays, It is a 24/7 factory.
