- Everyone respect everyone - Highly ethical company - Can design own careen (in technical ladder) - Can learn a lot (if you want to). Have access to many training material 24/7.

Cons

Not sure, I'm only experience good things working in Texas Instruments.

- 5 weeks vacation/sick days - profit sharing is once a year

Cons

- Long hours 60 to 70 hours - Management tends to give you way too much work at last minute and expect to complete timelines - Not enough training and they throw you in the fire and expect you to be an expert
