Unlucky With Team

Pros

Lots of great hard working people at TI, good benefits.

Cons

Just was unlucky with the team I was on. I had to go in the lab at night and my coworker who reviewed me would go in during the day. He thought I didn't work hard enough because he didn't physically see me in the lab often due to us going in at different times. I pulled 60-80 hour weeks but it was my word against the word of a coworker of the manger's of 20+ years.
