Pros

- Profit Sharing has paid out at 20% the past 5 years - work/life balance is ok - the people working there are great

Cons

- Management looks at you as a number, does not help you advance your career - lab equipment availability is not good - Year to year pay raises are not great

Pros

- Stable company with y-o-y growth - Learning experience through getting thrown into the deep end the first week ( could be a con as well depending on perspective) - Constantly hiring NCGs

Cons

- Work/life balance is very poor and is stuck in old mentality that being overworked is a badge of honor - Outdated technology and practices - Below average compensation even with profit sharing included - Yearly pay is very variable because profit sharing is not assured - New hires are given lots of job responsibility with very little direction - No perks in office however WFH has basically been phased out post-COVID - Remote support from India leads to horrible hours
