Pros

Good bonus payouts. Very clean work environment. No open chemical tanks, they are all contained.

Cons

Toxic or hostile work environment from technicians to management. Engineers aren't so bad though. Not sure why people come to work to bully and exhibit passive-aggressive behavior. Management does absolutely nothing to rectify it; they just don't care.

Pros

Good amount of responsibility. Short distance to management in terms of decision making. Managers understand techincalities. Interesting work in IC development, with global team. (Almost too) many opportunities for taking on critical tasks.

Cons

Prone to overwork. Understaffed. Meetings outside core hours with global offices. Conservative wage structure. Change or development of rank and responsibilities not reflected in title or salary. Heavy bonus scheme will lower salary development - percent rise is done on base salary, so easy to get lagging behind peers in companies with most of the benefits in base salary.
