Pros

Great place to grow your skillset in whatever it is you’re working on. I had the opportunity to work on a ton of high impact projects and lay the foundation for several major initiatives in manufacturing and customer engagement

Cons

Work life balance & support after deciding to leave the company. I worked very diligently to make sure nothing was left unknown to the team before leaving so I could have a good reference. My old boss went completely silent a few months after I left. Others who I worked with said they may not be able to represent me as a TI employee. Major red flags.

Pros

Friendly environment and high ethic values.

Cons

No career growth. Your boss has the power to either make or break you. Politics is rampant. HR department is pro managers. They will not give the feedback from 20 employees to the boss of their boss even if almost everyone is resigning.
