Pros

This is a solid company with intelligent performers all around.

Cons

There are instances where decision making is held to the highest level and employees are not given enough freedom to invent, create, and thrive.

Good place to work

Pros

Excellent benefits, decent pay. Room to move around and grow if you wish. They do tend to promote from within when openings are available.

Cons

Layoff prone, as are all tech companies these days. A bit top heavy. Lots of managers and engineers, not really enough technicians and operators so those on the bottom have to hurry to keep up, which makes them prone to mistakes.

Pros

-Good hours (3 or 4 days off a week) -competitive pay (once you're actually hired, not just temp) -they will pay for education -bonuses

Cons

-poor mid level management -no upward mobility without a degree -managers have nothing to do so they micro-manage -very poor raises ~2% for most people
