Pros

Streamlined processes truly were best to work with. Beautiful campus with on-site cafeteria and coffee shop. Ergonomic desks. Great job experience for resume. Learned a lot working here.

Cons

Unexpected yearly lay offs where you never felt truly secure in your job. Sexism from peers and management. Low pay for high pressure, high work load. Payment inequality for women compared to men. Almost no time off for contractors. Zero flexibility. No work-life balance.

Pros

Money. Really the only reason to be there. For high performers, they will throw a ton of RSUs at you as a retention strategy.

Cons

The culture is outdated and a good ol boys club. Nobody cares about the person next to them and their only motivations are in self preservation.

Pros

20% profit sharing, 4% 401k match

Cons

Don't see any innovation other than manufacturing technology (300mm wafer) which makes huge profit.
