Great company

Pros

Great pay for essentially working half the year...Compressed Schedule = lots of time off. Time off = real time off, minimal if any work requirements on scheduled OFF days. Profit sharing potential $$$

Cons

Management cares more about production than people; disconnected with night shift teams. Went two years without a formal review

Pros

Good bonus structure. Exiting tasks. Good management

Cons

Quite stressful Not great salary in norway, but good bonuses, which does not help young people with getting a mortgage etc.

Good historically, but changing

Business Outlook

Pros

Lots of business success. Strong future outlook.

Cons

Ethics have been a priority, but certain problems are occuring at mid-senior levels where it is more important to be right politically instead of data driven discussions. Understaffed in some areas and pay is lagging the market which is driving attrition. Inefficient processes are compensated by making people work harder. Removal of support orgs is disturbing.
