Pros

Work is very much focussed into Analog domain. Is a great learning experience for analog engineers. Quite old technology stack. Not much respect or ownership of digital design or verification work.Company is not getting good people as of now due to different work mode.

Cons

Slow to no growth. Not much learning in digital domain. Overhyped high entry bar. Company force employees to buy their slow growth stocks as ESOPS.
