Pros

Reasonable management, good company.

Cons

Much like any big companies, when it comes to ladder, it could be very political.

Pros

I worked there for one year. I liked the friendly environment, diverse work force. The location I worked at was in Dallas. I had very good experience with Texas Instrument.

Cons

The organization is matrix management. Sometime it take a while to figure out who is in charge and who to ask to get resources.

Pros

- Management gives you a lot of guidance, freedom, and trust. The Dallas campus is great and the people are really nice. Pay is relatively nice for an intern. Learn a lot about the semi-conductor industry.

Cons

- A lot of individual work. Not as much team work as expected. Not as great as developing new employees as expected either.
