Pros

Fair pay and benefits. tend to have products in growth areas so there is always something to learn or be excited about. Many travel opportunities.

Cons

A lot of meetings. Seemingly drastic business decisions resulting in sale or termination of large groups. Consequently, it felt like a rather cutthroat environment. Slight image problem: most people don't know where what they produce besides calculators.

Pros

Texas Instruments is the best company to work for me, so far. Maybe I am fortunate to work with very smart and very humble people, who knows to appreciate your work, and also respect you at the highest level.

Cons

Cannot say anything bad about Texas Instruments!

Pros

Lots of smart employees to learn from, resources and benefits of a large company, steady job to pay off student loans and save money when in your youth, working in some interesting areas of the market and interacting with big and small customers, diverse workforce

Cons

Old and conservative company, pay and raises could be better for younger employees, restrained by large size
