Pros

Pay & Benefits are good. Most jobs are flexible work schedule unless you are in manufacturing. Good colleagues, smart people good to work with. You can easily move around into a variety of jobs.

Cons

Company really does not care about employees anymore - everyone is expendable, no matter how good a job you do. Most jobs you work all the time - you are always on call even if you aren't on call. Promotions are tough to get because there aren't many openings.
