Great company to work for!

Pros

It's a great company to work for with a lot of opportunities to grow and try different roles (ie: Software, Hardware, Process, Marketing, Management, Finance etc etc).

Cons

Salaries maybe somewhat below average since it's headquartered in Dallas, TX where cost of living is quite low compared to other major cities in the US.

Good company to learn variety of things..work gets valued..good employees are always valued and given chance to rise up in either technical ladder or management ladder

not many...little conservative..less agression on new products...
