Pros

1. Good Company to be in your early part of the Career. 2. Decent Pay compared to Industry

Cons

Priorities have changed a lot because of incapable managers at the top positions. Innovation is dying and stress is only on Execution which makes the work stressful and annoying. India management is submissive to Dallas counterparts and not able to keep their point, simply bowing down to their decisions. No work life balance.
