Leading position in the analog semiconductor market with broadest product portfolio. Cooperative working environment, not just among regional sales team but also among sales team and product lines in many regions of the world.

Cons

Big company and the decision flow can sometimes be slow and more complicated.

Pros

Work is shared well among all team-members. New members are not sidelined. Great work life balance. Work is of good quality in most teams. Good industry standard salary and bonuses.

Cons

In some teams (my team for eg), the project given to the team as a whole did not seem important from the company point of view.
