Pros

1. The projects given are relevant to the work going on in the team 2. One gets first hand experience on industry related design standards 3. It is the best place to start work in the electronics field

Cons

The NDA restrictions make it difficult to access relevant information easily. One has to work hard towards getting the same. However, its justified at their end to place these restrictions.

Static organization at least in Toronto. The same original people from when it was a startup.

Organizational structure changes frequently. Organization strictly follows seniority over performance. Salary is not competitive for employees. Tightly budgeted expenses.
