Pros

If you are willing to give more hours to meet deadlines, they will keep rewarding you until you continue doing so.

Cons

Too much work pressure. You'll be kept on your toes almost always. Moreover, you'll be pitted against your co-workers and continuously compared with them.

Pros

Provide lot of opportunities to explore the individual interests. Great supervisors always help at any given time to learn new technologies

Cons

Lack of vision with SLT and not aggressive in investments. Do not stick to their roadmaps and frequent org changes.

Pros

TI is the first MNC in India to setup operations under STP in Semiconductor sector in 1985. TI Bangalore R&D center has been growing cautiously but Sales & Marketing centers are opening up in many cities and growing rather briskly. The best Analog and Mixed Signal R & D company in India. The Bangalore center touches all key Business Units of TI Inc.

Cons

The Wireless BU has undergone a roadmap change last year which resulted in a major layoff. However the TI management helped to place most engineers within other BUs or elsewhere. The volatility of the market reflects almost immediately.
