Pros

1 . One of the biggest companies, if you dream about working 2. Good learning environment 3. Helps to grow personally 4. A good location for the salary

Cons

Cons Salaries, raises are too low compared to the effort. Preference is always questionable and gives no importance to the amount of effort and results. Seniority is a big thing, and does not encourage new hires in this regards. Not a good place to start your career, you will end up on the slowest salary curve, by the time you realize you are at a mid point of your career without any significant improvements. Not aggressive in business

Pros

Overall a very good brand name, good place to work, enough good people around to learn and increase your knowledge.

Cons

Loosing projects and customers at a fast pace, getting into technical ladder difficult, overall promotions and pay hikes may not be good.
