Pros

Fantastic benefits (401k matching, company gym, medical coverage), many diversity initiatives going on and the people you work with are like family - the ones you like.

Cons

The pace can be frantic.

Pros

Excellent Work - Life Balance. Immense amount of flexibility in terms of how you are allowed to do stuff. Lots of Potential for improvement (professional and personal). Senior Management that does seem to guide in the right direction.

Cons

Tendency to plateau in terms of professional growth. Some lack of transparency. Management sometimes seems to only perceive employees as costs rather than assets. Tendency to nickel and dime on benefits. There are literally very very few team building events. Sometimes almost feels like management does not care. There is also not much cross movement amongst roles to let you gain exposure to what other groups are doing.
