Pros

1. The employee culture is amazing. People are extremely friendly and always helpful. 2. Inter- team collaboration is smooth and good. It is very easy to work across teams and help each other out.

Cons

1. The embedded processing team of the company is struggling. 2. Top management is not very inspiring. Absolutely not much visibility outside.

Pros

The company is very much employee friendly. The workplace culture i think would be among the best in Semiconductor companies in India. You need not do same kind of work again and again if you get bored. Much flexibility is there for people to change the teams. All the senior level employees are very friendly in nature and are always there for help when you feel stuck at something. The best part is the separate playing and recreational area which is open to employees even in the working hours and on weekends as well. Sports covered include- Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Football, Table Tennis, Music Room , Meditation Room and high class Gym. Employees are encouraged to take part in sports and other activities along with the work to have a proper work life balance. I don't think such

Cons

For Digital department company looks in a little low confidence. Already did two layoffs- one in Nov 2012 and another one in March 2014. So this is the only con which i found.
