No Work Life Balance

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Ethical company Safe place to work during this pandemic Leaves get cash-converted Friendly team

Cons

Insurance does not cover parents - benefits can also be improved No work life balance because of too much workload, limited resources, limited time Mentorship is lacking and can be improved significantly - not for individuals who constantly look for career opportunities everytime Basic pay and overall pay is not competitive - I've seen better from other semicon companies, let alone another industry Annual increase is low but I understand it is very subjective for many people Always cost cutting - which kind of translates to benefits and salary Like other jobs, career prospects could be slow at some point

Pros

Good high-level management, good strategy, good values, decent benefits, decent compensation

Cons

Too structured (too many prescribed meetings and reviews- everything follows a play book). Low-level management culture is not great (influenced by cultural background of these managers).

Pros

pay above the average considering the workload

Cons

heavy politics at all levels, no way to stay away from it, people do bad things to get benefits for themselves poor management with little technical knowledge incapable engineers(good engineers left, only poor ones stay because they can't find a job at somewhere else) some race bias are around
