Pros

good benefits and perks for employees lots of bright people tradition of innovation focus on growing next generation of engineers

Cons

"More" often seems to come at the expense of "better," which can stifle improvement Constant reorganizations challenge continuity of work Speed of growth needs to be balanced with maintaining quality and ability to focus on innovative products

Pros

Great Benefits Work with smart people Technical discussions and technical knowledge acquisition are encouraged.

Cons

After staying long time in a similar job (3-4 years as engineer) it's almost impossible to grow or find opportunities outside technical positions. Especially if you wan to do Business Development or Marketing. Very bureaucratic culture at upper management. Entrepreneurship is almost discouraged from individual contributors
