Pros

TI has a large variety of product lines within the semiconductor industry with many locations throughout the US and the world. This means you have the opportunity to work with different product or in different roles. You can also probably find a TI job in just about any region you may want to live if location is important to you.

Cons

Working for a big company can mean having to work through some bureaucratic processes and TI is no different.

Pros

It has a really great training program, probably the best in the industry. Learned a lot, got great mentors.

Cons

While there is great training, a lot of it is also on yourself to go out there and be aggressive in pursuing sales calls and bonding with other employees already at the company.
