Pros

Been TIer since 2006-2013 as multiple titles, it is a good place to build up your knowledge and career especially in analog field. TI experience is with high reputation for analog technology, such as power management and high precision analog. With TI experience, it is very easy to jump into big companies or other industries.

Cons

The company emphasizes too much on business instead of technology. TI is supposed to be a good engineering base company not business. If employee survives in TI, the technical skill not only is required, also the luck is important. There are too much layoff rounds.

Pros

Get to work on fun projects and learn a lot.

Cons

Maybe the compensation is a little low. But the benefits help to make up for it and the relatively low cost of living in Houston.
