Pros

- salary above average for fresh graduates (among the highest if you compare with other companies for fresh grads) - very good bonus - helpful seniors

Cons

- small salary increment per year - a lot of internal politics - very stressful - always work overtime (mostly no OT) - Fast career growth in the beginning, but then you will notice that you will never grow anymore (you will stuck in the same place, unless you involve in internal politics as well)

Gone down hill

Pros

Professional environment and good learning experience

Cons

The culture changed after Rich (CEO) left the company. Private equity also entered the chat, and things have been down hill ever since. Like any corporation, they will take everything they can from you until there is nothing left.
