Pros

Very good starting salary. Flexible working hours. Home office possibilities. Diverse & dynamic working environment. Generous learning opportunities in a structured and well defined working environment. Process and documentation oriented. Great starting point to learn the industry and kick off your career.

Cons

Flat pyramid structure with few vertical transfers & little career development opportunities even after +5yrs. Nepotism, strong office politics, micro-managing middle management. Slow salary increases, of the range of 0.1%-5%.z

Pros

Entry level professionals go through a rotation program to get exposed to different aspects of their job. Compensation is also good for entry level employees. Learning and development opportunities are endless.

Cons

Rotation program can be unpredictable (location and product supported).
