Pros

Ignoring big california tech, TI has the best pay and benefits for engineers. I love my office place, with my team being both supportive and fun. Work life balance is great since my whole team has kids and subscribes to "work is done at work".

Cons

Experiences can vary per role and team. I know someone who is in a team on the decline so things have been rough for him. Comparatively, I know someone in a growing team that is having a blast. Oh, also Dallas or bust if you are a yuppie

Pros

TI is a nice place to work at. It has high standard with regards to Ethics. TI has training programs which help their newly hired personnel to adapt to their culture quickly and to speed-up their growth as a professional. Annual Increase based on performance.

Cons

Busy Schedule. Shifting schedule for professionals (regardless of years in service). Slow promotion. Low Salary compared to other companies. Work during Holidays.
