Pros

The management and people are very open minded and as long as you reach your goals, you are pretty much self driven with constant challenge. You need to be very flexible as goals, obejctives, priorities, management, teams, organization are changing quite rapidly.TI provide great training and look first for potential and can help you develop your skills.

Cons

Very challenging environment with tough deadlines, a lot of fire work, tough objectives. It can burn you out and consume you entirely.

Pros

Provide lot of opportunities to explore the individual interests. Great supervisors always help at any given time to learn new technologies

Cons

Lack of vision with SLT and not aggressive in investments. Do not stick to their roadmaps and frequent org changes.

Pros

Open culture. Encourages discussion, out of box experiments, taking on different/additional responsibilities to grow as an individual and pick up additional career skills.

Cons

I really have not found a 'con' in a typical sense yet in my association with the company. It's a good place to work for.
