Pros

Very good talent pool across project groups. Very helpful environment. Good learning environment & great starting place for your career.

Cons

Very slow growth as most of the organizations are stagnant. Pay is very nominal to most of the employees except for the top most performers.

Layoffs and executives with no vision

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

None as this company is all about cutting cost and people

Cons

This company has lost its way but this is expected with top management background being sales. This has led to a company with no vision and lack of technology leadership. They do excel at cutting cost by laying off the people who really make a difference except for those who are buddies with management (good old boy network going strong). Those thinking about joining, my recommendation is to stay away as this company is heading in the wrong direction, more so if your field is SW programmer (there are very little to no career opportunities).

Pros

Given freedom to do your work. Empowered to make decisions. Flexible work environment

Cons

Limited opportunities for vertical career advancements. Always turn to eliminating positions for cost cutting measures.
