Pros

Texas Instruments is a great place to work. TI provides great pay and rewards well for good performance. Great benefits too.

Cons

Compressed work hours can be long some time but is to be expected when this career path is chosen. Overall, though it is worth it.

Pros

You have the opportunity to grow. They tend to hire many right out of college and give you quite a bit of responsibility. Do your due diligence. Talk to current employees. There are many around that can give good insight into various departments.

Cons

Not quite sink or swim but they are looking for self-starters. They tend to juggle departments around with frequency. This gives them the excuse to downsize. They will overwork you if you let them. Some departments are quite disfunctional.

Pros

State of the art products Wide product portfolio Very good compensation Strong player in the market against competition Flexi work hours Friendly and open culture Employer and employees are highly valued within the company and by the market Challenging and variety of products / portfolio to work with

Cons

Thought a lot about it and I couldn't figure out anything. It really depends on how you see things but I am sure one wouldn't for more.
