Pros

excessive work and you can learn things

Cons

Managers are allowed to use any way to treat their members. Reporting to HR is not a good way as HR will only tell you to be positive and accept all happened. I got mentally and physically illed and almost suicide.

Pros

Ti is a good place to learn for new engineers. It has a very open culture, with senior engineers very willing to help develop newer ones. Depending on the team, it can have a good work life balance.

Cons

Experiences can very greatly depending on the team. Promotion is not as straight-forward or common as in other tech companies. Some of the financial incentives to stay have been phased out over the years, so Ti is no longer as much of a full-career option, though an engineer could still do fine.
