Pros

TI has always invested in the future. A temporary market downfall never deterred their belief in the future, and a sudden rise in market demand never made them to overboard in their hiring. They invest in their employees to make them an asset for years to come for their company. Best place for someone to develop a holistic skillset and work in a respectful work culture

Cons

Stock compensation can be improved

Pros

International team at peer level / no management level Peer openness to cross training and interdepartmental knowledge sharing

Cons

Multiple instances of prejudiced language (culture and gender based) from managers with no visible recourse Employees must fund team events that are mandated by managers Dishonest culture and illegal pressure tactics used to block pay transparency Increasing restrictiveness around flexi-working policies, different than advertised during hiring
