Pros

International team at peer level / no management level Peer openness to cross training and interdepartmental knowledge sharing

Cons

Multiple instances of prejudiced language (culture and gender based) from managers with no visible recourse Employees must fund team events that are mandated by managers Dishonest culture and illegal pressure tactics used to block pay transparency Increasing restrictiveness around flexi-working policies, different than advertised during hiring

Pros

Steady work and pay. No sign of layoffs or bonuses not going out. Super supportive of charity, volunteer work with matching donations to causes you care about. Great people to work with.

Cons

Too few people for too much work and unreasonable goals. Burnout is a real problem.

Pros

TI's broad portfolio provides the opportunity to learn about several technologies and applications that probably would not be possible at a more narrowly focused company. My management team has been great, and the team very competent.

Cons

Aggressiveness to win business varies across the product lines...some product lines are more timid and risk averse than others.
