Pros

Expanding company and leader in the industry. Company is on the leading edge of innovation and aggressively pursuing new opportunities. Great programs for co-ops and new college grads.

Cons

Being heavily poached by competitors. Company leadership has fallen back into a lot of the pre-covid mentalities that reduce their competitiveness in keeping skilled and tenured people. Leadership is so heavily focused on the new employees that tenured employees feel like they get forgotten. Training has become piecemeal because so many experts and tenured employees have left.

Pros

Good place to get started in Electronics and Semiconductor.

Cons

The level of methodical discipline and adherence to rules and structure are great for learning and getting started, however long term the environment can become stifling. The “culture” is also EXTREMELY tribal - groups of folks tend to experience success or failure together. If the leader goes down, the rest tend to also get paused in their careers.
