They are risk averse, but maximize in the areas where their fabs give them competitive advantages. They execute well and serve a wide portfolio of customers. As an engineer, I have had the ability to work on a wide variety of devices serving a broad range of industries. I have worked with some very kind and collaborative people. I have had multiple good managers who have helped me to grow into the engineer I am today.
