Pros
TI is doing really great at bringing in fresh faces to the industry. They have great benefits and are a huge community support system. TI has tons of management and engineering opportunities
Cons
The company does not put enough value in their current employees. This company is currently completely focused on bringing in new faces with the nearing of retirement for many existing employees. this being said they are bringing in new less experienced/ educated people in at higher pay levels than their existing employees. texas instruments is not offering any economical pay increase to assist with the economic hard ships that many of its current employees are dealing with
