Pros

Pay, people, experience, exposure, room for growth

Cons

Applications work is very support intensive. Too much time fixing other people's systems and very very little time developing/creating a system of your own.

Pros

Highly competitive, challenging, innovating and ever changing organization. Every quarter brings new challenges. You will never get board :)

Cons

Doesn't fit for people who doesn't like changes. This place is going to move your cheese every quarter.
