Pros

Work with Smart People Good Compensation Benefits Decent Work/Life Balance

Cons

HR gets in the way. Do not care about what their engineers want out of career. The rotation program will throw into a random group as opposed to letting you grow in your field of interest (Which is essentially shooting yourself in the foot)
