Pros

Open door policy, diverse client-base, variety of products, flat organization with relatively fewer hierarchies, research and application of cutting edge technology, global offices, and friendly work culture.

Cons

Because of relatively flat organization, chances of having direct subordinates are small for most of the employees, thus sometimes depriving them from practicing people management skills.
